Margie Reeves

Margaret Mary "Margie" Reeves, of Jacksboro, Texas, was born on July 11, 1929 to William and Lena (Block) Fleitmann in Muenster, Texas. She passed away on Friday November 18, 2016 in Decatur, Texas. She was 87 years old. Margie married Curtis Owen "Benchey" Reeves on July 28, 1951 in Lindsey, Texas. She was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church for 65 years and a retired sales clerk. Many people remember her fondly working at The Gallery. She was a loving and kind mother, sister, grandmother, and friend. Margie will be missed dearly. She is preceded in death by her parents and her husband Benchey. Among those who will cherish her memory include her children Jeanette Pursley and husband David; Curtis Reeves and wife Melissa; sisters Mildred Lindeman and Virginia Krahl; sister-in-laws Annette Fleitman and Jodie Reeves; granddaughters Gina Mathis, Donna Reed and Rebecca Pursley; great-grandchildren Alisa, Mason and Max; and many other extended family members and friends.
